Open and Airy Concept

Welcome to Jolly Place. We redesigned this first floor apartment which was dark and closed in, to a more open and airier concept. This home offers such a sleek, modern and yet comforting feel as soon as you step through the doors. Offering a more gardenesque appeal, with shades of green and white as you flow through the home towards the outside garden area.

With accents of lighting offering comfort to each room, gives a sense of calmness and peace. The lighting in the dinning cabinets, offers a soft glow to decor and glasses nestled behind the glass. As the kitchen backsplash ties together the colours from the dining and living room, we feel the esthetic design to this home is one of amazement, and beauty.
