SELF STORAGE PLACE PROJECT

- Structural support, forming, underpinning and concrete placement of a failing structural wall in a commercial building
- Construction of 40 storage locker units to increase the utilization of the available space
We undertook this challenging project to sharpen and maintain our skillset with regards to technically challenging structural work. The project included removal of floor joist, excavation of crawl space and temporary roof and wall support construction. Additionally BC Home Builders Cop formed and poured the new concrete foundation to restore and bring to spec this old building. BC Home Builders Corp has extensive experience with shotcrete and structural concrete work including remediation. Additionally we also have extensive experience in ground consolidation and concrete water sealing and spray on membrane installation.
